One of our best tools for reducing water use is adding Enviroseal’s SpiralTrac™ active throat bushing to the sealing solution. This state-of-the-art technology reduces or, in some cases, completely eliminates the need for a flush, saving millions of gallons of water each year. SpiralTrac™ enables particulates to be removed from the stuffing box (and away from packing or mechanical seals) It permits air to evacuate the stuffing box upon flooding to retain cooling, and minimizes heat buildup in the stuffing box by creating circulation around seal faces.

Challenge
