Chesterton Mech Seal 442
Mechanical Seal

The Chesterton 442™ split seal is ideal for equipment that is difficult and time-consuming to disassemble, such as large pumps, vertical pumps, and horizontal split case pumps. This proven, compact design can be used in a wide variety of equipment and process fluids.
Körting Vacuum System
Vacuum Pump

Liquid ring vacuum pumps are mechanical vacuum pumps that use electricity to create a vacuum. They offer low running costs due to electric power transmission. And they are encountered in many process engineering applications. In addition to the standard range, Körting can provide a whole host of customised solutions on request.
Hiller DecaOil (3) Three-Phase Decanter Centrifuge
Separation & Process

The Hiller DecaOil (3) three-phase centrifuge is a sophisticated solid-bowl centrifuge especially designed for highly efficient, simultaneous sedimentation of solids and separation of two immiscible liquid phases. Hiller high-performance decanting centrifuges achieve optimal process results with the highest possible level of reliability.
The space-saving concept of the solid-bowl centrifuge, together with high efficiency and optimal process results, make Hiller DecaOil decanter centrifuges the first choice for many oil recovery and oil production applications.

DecaOil Decanter Centrifuge and Process Technology Features :
- Large diameter/length ratio of 1:4.2 and greater in some model size machines
Centrifugal acceleration forces of 3,000 – 5,200 x “G” depending on bowl diameter
(3) Three-phase machines feature the option of adjustable “dip-tube” design or externally adjustable “centripetal pump” for light oil phase discharge
Designed for 3-phase separation of a solids phase from one or two liquid phases during a single processing step plus provides the flexibility of 2-phase processing when required
Explosion proof designs according to requirements including optional nitrogen purged machines
Minimal operator attendance required with fully automated operation featuring our proprietary Hiller HMR 5000 and BMR 6000 touch screen centrifuge control system

Blackmer Centrifugal Pump (System One)
Centrifugal Pumps

The System One® Frame A and robust LD17 Centrifugal Pumps are pioneering process pumps with the built-in technology to get the most from seal and bearing life. Designed around the seal where 90% of pump failures occur, these centrifugal pumps have a stiffer, heavy-duty shaft and larger bearings resulting in the widest operational window off the Best Efficiency Point (BEP) than any standard process pump. These pumps come in 11 different sizes, meaning they are applicable for a wide range of fit scenarios and application needs.
