Experienced with vibration Pump issues during operation. Upon inspection, it was found that the cause of the vibration was the absence of the balance bush, which is responsible for balancing axial thrust. Our team tried to inspect the problem.
PROBLEM :
After the inspection and finding there was a High vibration in pump.
The tried to find the root of the problem and found that balance bush was not installed yet.
We need to repair this pump to solve the problem.
RESULT :
After fabricating and Installing a balance bush. The Customer reported that no vibration anymore since it was installed in 2022. They were satisfied with the result.
